The farm
Everything here is yours to enjoy
Main House
The main house sits in an open clearing, framed by pine forest and a gentle slope of birch leading down to the lake. This is where days begin and end. At the kitchen table, on the sofa, in the quiet movement between indoors and out.
The kitchen is made for gathering. Cooking together. Letting conversations unfold at their own pace. A dining table for twelve. A fireplace. A lounge opening onto the garden.
The main house holds tree bedrooms for up to eight guests. All bedrooms have a view of the greenery outside. The Swedish hand crafted beds can be arranged to create more private space when needed.
More spaces in the main house: Two bathrooms, a laundry room, and a living area with space both to sit and to work.
The greenhouse, connected to the house, becomes a place of its own — brighter, warmer, with a long table and a fire that carries the evening further.
The Barn
A short walk down towards the creek, the barn sits slightly apart. More secluded. More still. It works as a house of its own, while always remaining part of the whole. When you are more than eight guests, it opens up as part of your stay — adding both space and additional places to sleep.
Here you find a sleeping loft with four generous bunks with soft woolen curtains that creates a private space. Downstairs, a bathroom and a small kitchen. At the center of the barn is the studio – a place for work, conversation, or stillness. With views across the landscape and a fire when needed.
Pool & Swimming
Set apart, surrounded by forest and meadows, the pool feels like a place of its own.
In summer — from May to late September — this is where days unfold. Swimming, resting, moving barefoot between water and grass. As the season shifts, life moves down to the creek. A wood-fired hot tub. Warm water. Cool air. Darkness all around. The quiet sound of the floating water nearby. Next to the hot tub you find the sauna in the old wash house and a natural swimming spot with a sandy bottom. A place to return to — all year round. Please note: the pool, hot tub and creek are not fenced.
Our surroundings
The farm is set in nature, with forest, meadows and lakes in every direction. But most of what matters happens here. Days begin slowly and continue without plans. They don’t really need to be filled. If you choose to explore, there are trails, swimming spots and small excursions nearby. We also have a boat in the nearby lake for you to use. There you find fishing gear and a lovely spot with a small fire pit.
We will be happy to share our favourite spots and places with you when you come
