A different way of working
This is not a conference venue. Rörbäck Forest Retreat is a place where work and environment move together. Where the pace slows, without losing focus. You work in the Studio or wherever it suits you. Take a walk to the lake and just breath for a while. Often, the most important things happen in between.
The Studio
Located in the barn, slightly apart from the main house, overlooking the meadows. Here you have a long table for up to 16 people. Fast connection and all technique you might need. But it´s the space that makes the difference — the light, the calmness, the view.
Day conference
For you who´d like a change of environment for the day. Here you can work focused and undisturbed in the studio with access to nature. Have a coffee break by the creek. Lunch and fika will be served wherever suitable for the day – in the greenhouse, the garden or by the lake.

Conference with overnight stay
When you stay overnight, the entire place is yours. You live in both houses, work in the studio, and have access to the sauna, pool and surrounding landscape. There is space here for both work and recovery. You can take care of everything yourselves — or let us take care of it for you.

Our services
For you who want to focus fully on the work, we take care of the rest.
House Host
The host keeps your day floating. Breakfast is cleared, kitchen cleaned, lunch is cooked and served, and while you enjoy the food the Studio is made up. In the afternoon coffee and a homemade cake is served, and by the time you stop work for the day the sauna is hot and towels and cold drinks in place.
Price: 2 250 kr (lunch not included)
Lunch
Lunch is prepared using seasonal ingredients, tailored to your needs. Notice that we don´t have the possibilities to cater vegans.
Dinner with a private chef
The evening gets a different pace. Sit back and relax while the chef cooks you a four-course dinner from local and seasonal produce. You can eat wherever suits you – in the kitchen by the fire or in the greenhouse while the sun sets.
